Fortas Homes is a premier homebuilder and developer based in Atlanta, Georgia. Established in 2006, Fortas has been building high-quality single-family, detached, and attached homes in the city for over two decades. With a deep understanding of the amenities that make intown communities desirable, Fortas has focused on developing infill homes and small developments in neighborhoods close to downtown Atlanta, including Summerhill, Mechanicsville, Peoplestown, Pittsburgh, Glenwood Park, and Grant Park.
